You’ll remember this shot of my living room from a few days ago – until yesterday morning the only changes had been further removal of plaster and the old dust bunny insulation.
Well that changed yesterday. It took 7 hours but I now have pink walls in that room! Today the spray foam insulation will get cleaned up and dry wall will be added. Yay!
I’m feeling guilty though because Stanley can earn far more money fishing than working on my place. Given that the front room can’t be done til the roof is, and it’s still too hot to do the roof, I’ve suggested that he go fish for a while.
I have no issues with a temporary halt to the project, I’m comfortable now that it will get done and the truth is my primary contribution still lags behind. If you’re looking for me, you’ll find me at my workstation. 🙂
